After a friend told me about them i moved my court case to Roberts and the difference was like day and night. My old firm just sent letters back and forth for months while the bills kept getting higher and higher and we were getting absolutely nowhere except closer to a trial i couldn't afford. They took a much faster approach and forced the other side to a meeting that actually got things settled before it went out of control. It felt like they were playing chess while the other guys were still playing checkers and i finally felt like i had a team that knew how to finish a fight rather than just start one. The way they run the case is much more like a modern business than a slow old law firm which was a breath of fresh air for me. They used project tools to keep me updated so i wasn't sitting around wondering what was happening with my money or my reputation. I always knew what was happening next and what the costs were going to look like which is a very open way of working that makes you feel safe. In the end we finished with a deal that was very good for my company and saved us from a total disaster and i honestly don't think any other firm in Melbourne could have pulled it off so quickly. If you are tired of lawyers who just sit on their hands and send you bills every month you need to switch to them.

I hired a lawyer from them because I needed to set up a power of attorney for my elderly mother and i was worried about making sure everything was done legally and correctly, it's such an important document. the lawyer that was assigned to us was so patient with my mum, explaining everything slowly and clearly, making sure she understood what she was signing. they handled the whole process with such care and respect it made a difficult time much easier.
